Welcome!

Do you ever find yourself feeling overwhelmed by the pressures of high expectations, unsure of where to turn for the right support? Are you navigating pivotal transitions in your life, whether it’s in your relationships, career or personal development?

I specialize in emotional well-being for individuals and couples, with a keen focus on men’s health. In the fast-paced world we live in, it’s all too common for individuals to feel the pressure to measure up, often sidelining their emotional needs while juggling professional and personal challenges. At the same time, societal expectations can hinder emotional expression and self-advocacy for everyone involved. I, too, understand how deeply this can affect a person's life. It’s crucial to recognize that mental health is universal; it transcends demographics and affects us all.

I am also a doctoral-trained Physical Therapist with over 20 years of experience working with the pediatric population, specializing in chronic neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. Throughout my career, I witnessed the dedication of family members in prioritizing their child's needs, but I also observed the considerable stress and burnout they experienced, which often affected their personal and professional lives. As a mental health provider, I specialize in offering therapeutic services and support to parents and caregivers of children with medical needs. Additionally, I work with children teenagers, both those with and without medical conditions.

With my extensive experience, I understand the unique hurdles that successful professionals face in today’s complex environment. Whether you’re managing stress, anxiety, or the pressures of maintaining relationships, my goal is to create a confidential and empowering space where you can express yourself freely and authentically, without fear of judgment.

I believe in the transformative power of emotional awareness and relational dynamics. These elements can not only alleviate stress but also enhance your overall well-being and facilitate healing from past traumas. Recognizing that each individual is unique, I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet your specific needs.

Therapy is more than just conversation; it’s a dynamic journey of self-discovery, breaking through barriers, and designing a fulfilling life that aligns with your ambitions. Together, we’ll explore the challenges that may be holding you back and identify effective strategies that resonate with you.

Taking the step to seek help is a powerful act of courage, not a sign of weakness. If you’re ready to embark on the journey toward greater emotional resilience and fulfillment, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Thank you for considering this opportunity, and I look forward to connecting with you soon!
