Achieve balance and success by cultivating meaningful connections, boosting emotional intelligence, and adopting healthy habits that
drive long-term growth.

Hey there, teens, young adults, and parents!

What a wild time to be alive. One moment, things are crystal clear, and the next, they are all scrambled again. I get it! After having navigated my own experiences of repeatedly spinning and finding myself, I have thankfully discovered ways of being that help me stay connected to myself. If you want to break free from the maze of confusion and step onto the path of confidence, I would be delighted to join you on this journey.

For parents of young children, especially those under 10 who may be facing social-emotional challenges, I offer specialized support tailored to the unique needs of your child. Early childhood is a crucial time for emotional development, and understanding how to nurture and guide your child's social-emotional needs can make a significant difference in their growth and well-being.

The environment I create is non-judgmental, where we can all get curious and explore various components of well-being—identity, thoughts, behaviors, emotions, and relationships. Whether you are a young adult seeking guidance or a parent looking for support for your child, my approach remains centered around empathy, understanding and moving you forward.

I became a therapist because I believe in each person's ability to grow and create meaningful change in their life, particularly in the area of relationships—with friends, family, and intimate partners. This belief extends to children, as fostering healthy relationships with peers and caregivers is critical to their development.

In my work with young people, I utilize playful and engaging techniques that resonate with their developmental stage. This approach not only helps them express their feelings but also equips them with essential social skills and emotional resilience.

My work is personalized and centrally focused on the people in front of me. While there are some therapeutic methods I implement consistently, the relationship we co-create is as unique as you are and deserves to be treated as such. Broadly speaking, I focus on guiding you to confidently reconnect with your body, re-learn to trust your mind and gain a deeper understanding of relational health—especially with oneself.

If you or your child are feeling overwhelmed and struggling with issues related to identity, emotions, or relationships, I am here to help. Take the next step towards a peaceful and fulfilling life for you and your loved ones.

Unlock the path to a brighter future for you and your family—schedule your consultation today, and let's embark on this transformative journey together!
